Considering the essence of making the people aware of the role of COVID in aggravating the diabetes and the learnings from it, a webinar on ‘COVID & Its Role in Aggravating Diabetes Onslaught’ was organised under the series of COVID FIGHTERS PUBLIC HEALTH SAFETY MOVEMENT wherein Dr Himika Chawla, Consultant Diabetologist, PSRI Hospitals said that it’s very important to take diabetes in control. The four main determinants of diabetes control are – proper diet, regular physical activity, monitoring diabetes by testing and taking insulin routinely.
