Dr Raman Kapur, Chairman, Dept of Acupuncture, Sir Ganaga Ram Hospital

Dr Raman Kapur is an Indian medical acupuncturist and author. He is also the Head of the Dept. of acupuncture at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He chairs the Institute of Acupuncture and Natural Medicines. He has written 4 books on acupuncture and soft lasers. His papers and articles have been published in various national and international medical journals. The government of India conferred on him Padma Shri in 2008, making him the first acupuncturist to receive the award. The FICCI conferred Gold Medal from Medicina Alternativa and Rattan Shiromani Award.
