Ms. Deepti Gulati is a Nutrition and Public Health Specialist, and is the Industry Chair Professor (Nutraceuticals and Fortification), at NIFTEM: National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management, Sonepat, Haryana. NIFTEM is a deemed University under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Govt. of India, and is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Union Govt. of India. Deepti Gulati has a rich work experience of 44+ years. Prior to this, she was heading the programs at GAIN India.
