CSR Impact Projects
Projects That Have Changed Lives
Our CSR projects span preventive screenings, community health education, livelihood support, and women's health advocacy. Every project is designed to address a specific, real gap — and every outcome is documented.
Flagship Healthcare Initiative
Preventive Screening Drive via Mobile Health Clinic
Healthcare should come to the people, not wait for people to come to it.
HEAL Foundation's flagship Mobile Health Clinic initiative brings comprehensive preventive health screenings directly to communities — from urban slums to corporate campuses, from government hospitals to remote localities. Equipped with diagnostic tools and staffed by trained health professionals, the mobile clinic delivers screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, eye health, and more.

Community Wellness Programme
Swasth Pehal — Preventive Wellness Initiative
Swasth Pehal (Healthy First Step) is HEAL Foundation's community wellness initiative focused on preventive health screenings and behaviour change communication in the Delhi-NCR region. Running in partnership with Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., this programme has brought preventive care to thousands who might otherwise go unscreened and undiagnosed.
Health Camps Initiative
Preventive Health Screening Drive — Mobile Health Clinics
HEAL Foundation, in partnership with Atradius, conducted 26 mobile health camps across Maharashtra and Uttarakhand, reaching nearly 3,000 underserved individuals. The initiative delivered early screenings for hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory distress, coupled with nutrition counselling and micronutrient support—embedding a preventive first culture and reducing barriers to care in hard to reach communities.
Public Health Mission
Active TB Case Finding
Tuberculosis remains one of India's most significant public health challenges — and its most preventable. In partnership with Viatris Pharmaceuticals, HEAL Foundation has conducted targeted TB screening drives in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, identifying active cases and connecting affected individuals to essential care and treatment pathways. Early detection saves lives. This programme does exactly that.
Community Empowerment
SWAVLAMBAN — Empowering Migrant Communities
India's migrant workers are among its most invisible and underserved communities. SWAVLAMBAN is HEAL Foundation's holistic development initiative focused on migrant workers and their families in Delhi's Sangam Vihar and Kapashera areas.
Through a combination of Evening Health Clinics, Education Centres, and Livelihood & Computer Training Centres, SWAVLAMBAN addresses health, education, and economic inclusion — because sustainable health begins with a dignified life.

Women's Health Advocacy
Empowering Women — Their Right to Safe Abortions
In collaboration with IPAS, a global organisation working on safe abortion access for women, HEAL Foundation developed a targeted communication and advocacy programme to break the silence around safe abortion in India.
The programme created social media momentum, engaged policymakers, challenged stigma, and positioned IPAS as a credible voice in India's reproductive rights conversation. Safe healthcare decisions begin with accurate information — this campaign helped provide it.

Preventive Healthcare Initiative
Wellness4Delhi&NCR — Preventive Health Screening Drive
Wellness4Delhi&NCR is HEAL Foundation’s preventive health initiative, supported by Pacific OneHealth, aimed at embedding a culture of early detection and wellness across Delhi and NCR. Through 13 mobile health camps, the programme provided essential screenings for non-communicable diseases (NCDs), coupled with awareness and behaviour change communication.
By reaching diverse communities and corporate groups, the initiative has empowered individuals to take proactive steps toward healthier living, while addressing India’s growing burden of lifestyle diseases.
