In recent decades, many environmental problems have increased as the result of human activities and unplanned management of the technological development of those interference ecosystems. Therefore, a dispute between the importance of conservation and preservation of ecosystems to protect the environment and the necessity to satisfy human desire by sacrificing the environment has arisen across the world. The problems of environmental protection and of sustainable development of material resources represent, at present, a common preoccupation of all the states of the world, a global-wide objective. To this end, a series of international provisions with universal vocation have been adopted by means of collaboration and cooperation among states. The international measures regarding environmental protection have been provided for, stated, or recognized at the level of international general or conventional law. Air and water pollution, global warming, smog, acid rain, deforestation, and wildfires are just a few of the environmental issues that we are facing right now. It is everyone’s responsibility to take care of the environment to make this planet a wonderful place to live. One does not need to put a lot of money to go green but simple changes in daily lifestyle is all that is required to reduce your carbon footprint on the environment.

The Heal Foundation, together with partners, civil society and community engage in fighting four kinds of pollution — water pollution, air pollution, thermal pollution and sound pollution. Through education and promotional activities, we cultivate an understanding of environmental awareness and disseminate environmental information among the communities, corporates and school students. As part of a broader effort, we also reach out to city, state and municipal government agencies and request their understanding of, and cooperation with, our environmental protection activities.
